About Chris Reynolds

Chris joined Amadeus with years of experience gained in senior roles at Compass Group UK & Ireland, as well as Marriott and P&O. Chris has built an impressive 29-year career in the industry, developing the perfect skill set to deliver real value and full sales support.

A seasoned sales director, Chris has a great understanding of the needs of clients and what makes their business grow. He leads a vastly experienced sales team, recruited from the event sales industry, who support and sell private and corporate events in our venues.

Whilst the industry has been growing at around 11% due to the “staycation” trend, the economy has put extra focus on value of the consumer pound, with 61% of visitors feeling that food and drink at attractions is expensive.

Our solution? Creativity – in bucket loads! From serving the masses in our home venues of The Barclaycard Arena, NEC and Genting Arena, to putting chocolate in our chilli’s at Cadbury World, we have expansive knowledge in tailoring our catering to a retail environment.

Drawing from a wealth of knowledge, Chris Reynolds, Amadeus Sales Director, will be talking through the importance of creating bespoke menus to mirror an attractions identity, whilst adding value and enhancing the customer experience.
